MUM is a massive high speed train designed for the international train design competition 2016 offered by CRRC Qingdao, singfang and the RVID industrial design society.

Designed to move passengers by alternative lanes and internal narrow throughout cities with high density population and problems to develop a massive transportations system like subways due spends, this system helps cities to save millions of dollars and time execution.

Ground level subways use to be complicated, motion planning with a non-automative and fully control subway avoid multiple cities to launch an cost-effective system.
Cities has to face problems like:
-Trams use to stop vehicular flows.
-Subway needs strong implementation.
-Systems like trams or buses is been affecting by: Vehicular traffic, traffic lights, citizen protests, occasional accidents, vehicle breakdowns, road damage, traffic jams, etc.
This contributes to get unstable frequencies with some deadtimes between an average of 3 and 35 minutes by vehicle.
Solution
MUM was developed in a unique way, I compressed the train area to a half size train, this makes to reduce the carriage width to move easily through the ground to deply in so many places where it won’t be affected by the traffic jam or accidental events.
Sub station helps to supply solar energy to the top of the train for a couple of hours, arquitectural talking this makes to effective-use, underground stations with eco friendly system for cities and passengers.
Silver award winner in the international train design competition in 2016, design contest created by CRRC Qingdao qingfang and RVID where I won the second price, letter of internship and international recognition by Qingdao City.
